n7bd Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to n7bd and use of any of its services — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. n7bd operates a strict 18+ only policy across all regions of Bangladesh. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, deposit, or play on this platform under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are prohibited from entering contracts by reason of age, mental incapacity, or any other legal restriction, you may not use n7bd.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using n7bd solely for your own personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active n7bd account at any time. If you already hold a registered n7bd account, you may not register an additional account.
• Accurate Information: All personal information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

n7bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested by n7bd will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of n7bd services, including real-money gameplay and financial transactions, you must first register a personal account on the platform. The following terms govern the registration and ongoing security of your n7bd account.

Registration Process: During registration, you will be required to provide a valid mobile number or email address, a username, and a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth for identity verification purposes. All information must be accurate and must correspond to a real individual.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n7bd login credentials, including your username and password. n7bd recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor or OTP authentication features. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

Unauthorised Access: If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify n7bd support immediately via Live Chat. n7bd will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account, but is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Accuracy: It is your responsibility to keep all account information current and accurate. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account information promptly. n7bd is not responsible for failed communications or payment errors resulting from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on n7bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via Rocket and Upay: ৳300
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳1,000
• n7bd does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Standard mobile operator or bank charges applied by your payment provider may apply independently.
• Deposits are credited to your n7bd wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. In the case of bKash and Nagad, this is typically near-instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed during support hours: 09:00–23:00 BST, daily
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• n7bd does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Payment provider charges may apply independently.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will require identity document submission. n7bd reserves the right to request updated KYC documents at any time.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the n7bd account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Funds Security: n7bd maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your BDT balance is protected and is not used for any purpose other than funding your gameplay and withdrawal requests. In the event of any platform dispute, your deposited balance is treated as a liability owed to you as a registered user.

n7bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated at the point of promotion. Standard wagering requirements on n7bd range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one claim per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or devices constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager to the wagering requirement. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements as specified in the relevant offer terms. Game contribution rates are stated within each bonus offer.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at 10x the bonus value. Any winnings exceeding this cap are forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• n7bd Discretion: n7bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may be withdrawn from a user's account if n7bd determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, through technical error, or as a result of fraudulent activity.

By placing a wager on any game or sporting event through n7bd, you acknowledge and accept the rules governing that specific game or betting market. n7bd offers games across multiple categories — casino slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting — each governed by the following general principles as well as any provider-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

General Game Terms:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events in real time. No outcome can be predicted, controlled, or influenced by the player or n7bd.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or platform outage — n7bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance. n7bd's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before you place a wager. Limits may be adjusted at n7bd's discretion and may differ across game categories.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their available balance is sufficient to cover any wager they place. n7bd will not process a wager that exceeds your current real-money balance.

Sports Betting Terms:

• Odds displayed for all cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting markets are set by n7bd's pricing engine and may change at any time before the wager is confirmed. The odds at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
• n7bd offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, subject to market availability at the time of your bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live data feeds. Once accepted, an in-play bet cannot be cancelled by the player.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time for settlement has elapsed, all affected bets will be voided and wagers returned. Settlement rules for each market type are stated within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• n7bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where pricing errors, data feed failures, or clear pricing anomalies have occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.

As a registered user of n7bd, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud n7bd or other users, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, false identity registration, or manipulation of game software.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated systems to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in structured betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting") as determined by n7bd's risk team.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or navigate the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using n7bd as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. n7bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations of suspected financial crimes.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to operate your account, place bets, or make transactions on your behalf.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any n7bd platform component, game, or software integration.

n7bd employs automated fraud detection systems and a dedicated risk management team that monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will be suspended without prior notice. Any balance associated with a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms.

n7bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as set out in Section 07.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by n7bd.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the account.
• Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18.
• Duplicate account identified — all accounts registered by the same individual will be closed.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder themselves.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring n7bd to restrict the account.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your n7bd account at any time by contacting the Live Chat support team during operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

Suspended Account Balances: If an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the balance will be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or closed with balance returned, at the user's election. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request self-exclusion via Live Chat. Self-exclusion periods start from 30 days and can be set to permanent. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and n7bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. n7bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
